  Worst experience of our lives! It was an absolute disaster! We purchased an acreage this past September, paid almost full listing because Kevin and John refused to deal, we even rescinded our offer at one point and they didn't even inform the seller that we did this - which is illegal! We asked for a walk through - as acreages all have their "quirks" they said yea sure and after we received the keys...4 hours after they got the funds, they refused a walk through to show us around! I guess for 1.2 million we did not pay enough to receive good service or be told what controls what. Their response to questions we had about obscure light switches etc was, and i quote, " Hire a licensed contractor to show you what you need to do" OMG, i thought a realtor would be competent enough to show me around. Clearly this team is not. We do not have a single positive this to say about kevin smyth and John frere
